After arriving back in Florida from Kim and Christoff’s wedding in Germany, I happened to attend a church service where some dental missionaries were talking about a service project they had coming up in January of 2009. Many people do not know that before becoming a photographer I received my bachelors degree in premed/biology and was hoping to attend dental school. I still really enjoy dentistry as well as helping those less fortunate so this mission trip really sparked my interest.
Here is a slideshow I made of the trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. I never thought I could learn to make so many dentures in such a short period of time! It’s really a blessing to be able to use both my dental background and my photography to reach so many people. Hopefully this video can help inspire others to use their talents and time to serve those less fortunate. Enjoy
